In order to protect our own flock, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any of our products. Shipping eggs doesn't come without its own risks. We cannot guarantee hatch rates on our shipped eggs, but please be aware that we have processes in place to assure the best possible outcomes. Eggs are collected fresh (extras always included), shipped out as quickly as possible, and are insured through USPS. Thanks for your understanding!
